Common questions about MineROQ

Select a topic to quickly find answers and guidance.

What is MineROQ?
MineROQ is a buyer-driven industrial sourcing platform that connects procurement teams with qualified suppliers. Buyers publish sourcing requests and receive structured offers for industrial parts, equipment and services — without intermediaries or transaction fees.
How does it work?
Buyers publish sourcing requests describing their requirements. Suppliers respond with structured offers. Buyers compare responses, decide independently, and contact suppliers directly. MineROQ provides the workspace — it does not participate in negotiations, contracts, payments or logistics.
Who can use MineROQ?
MineROQ is designed for professional users, including: OEMs, manufacturers, engineering teams, procurement departments, integrators and industrial service providers sourcing components, assemblies or technical solutions.
What are the benefits?
One request reaches multiple qualified suppliers. Offers are structured and comparable. No commissions, no hidden markups, and full control over supplier selection, communication and decision-making.
How much does it cost?
MineROQ is free for buyers by design. You can publish requests, compare offers and contact suppliers without subscription fees or transaction costs.
How do I submit and close a request?
You submit a request by defining your technical and commercial requirements. You control the entire process and may close a request at any time — with or without selecting a supplier.
What happens after selection?
Selection does not create a contractual obligation. Buyers decide if and when to initiate direct contact with a supplier. If communication pauses or stops, suppliers remain free to respond to other requests or future opportunities.
How are deals executed?
All negotiations, contracts, payments, logistics and warranties are handled directly between buyers and suppliers. MineROQ does not act as agent, broker, escrow provider or payment intermediary.
Platform responsibility & liability
MineROQ provides the platform as a neutral workspace. It is not a party to transactions and does not act as agent, broker, escrow provider or guarantor. MineROQ bears no responsibility for commercial outcomes, disputes or losses arising from interactions between users.
Export controls & compliance
Buyers and suppliers are solely responsible for compliance with export controls, sanctions, dual-use regulations and applicable laws. MineROQ does not monitor, verify or enforce compliance.
Fraud, risk & indemnification
Users are responsible for their own due diligence. To the maximum extent permitted by law, users agree to indemnify and hold MineROQ harmless from claims arising from their actions, transactions or compliance failures.
Is MineROQ free to use?

MineROQ provides free base access for buyers and suppliers. Buyers can publish requests, compare offers and contact suppliers. Suppliers can view requests and participate in sourcing opportunities.

Does MineROQ earn commissions on deals or transactions?

No. MineROQ does not generate revenue from commissions, percentage-based deal fees, payments, escrow services or logistics arrangements. All commercial transactions are handled directly between buyers and suppliers.

How does MineROQ generate revenue?

MineROQ generates revenue through optional, non-transactional services, including cooperation with manufacturers and brand owners, aggregated and anonymized market insights, and selected premium features for enterprise users. Premium services are optional, non-mandatory and offered on a case-by-case basis.
