unless explicitly stated otherwise. All contracts, negotiations and commercial
relationships are entered into directly between users.
MineROQ does not own, offer, resell or take possession of goods or services
listed on the platform and does not determine prices, delivery conditions or
contractual terms.
User-Generated Content
All content, listings, offers and information published on MineROQ are
user-generated and provided under the sole responsibility of the respective
users. MineROQ does not proactively monitor user content and does not guarantee
the accuracy, legality or completeness of such content.
Notice and Action Mechanism (Art. 16 DSA)
In accordance with Article 16 of the Digital Services Act, MineROQ provides a
mechanism for notifying allegedly illegal content.
